Benefits:
Converts to vitamin A (retinol) and considered a provitamin A, is an antioxidant and anti-ageing stimulant and enhances lung function.

Usage:
Vitamin A deficiency, inflammatory polyarthiritis, protection against colon cancer, could act as a chemopreventative agent against lung cancer, and repairs oxidative damage to cells and DNA.
