An anti blood clotting agent, synthesized by intestinal bacteria in the body. Protects bones from factures, calcification of the arteries and protection against liver and prostate cancer.  

Treating osteoporosis, hardening of the arteries, chronic liver disease, cystic fibrosis, inflammatory bowel disease, kidney stones, liver and pancreatice cancer, nausea during pregnancy, and used in anti-coagulant therapy.

Found In:
cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, blueberries, asparagus, mustard greens, collard greens, swiss chard and parsley.
